Thomas LoBue, Esq
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Thomas is the owner and president of Able Title Agency. Thomas graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in business administration and received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University thereafter. Thomas has been an active real estate practitioner for over 25 years, having worked various positions in the title insurance field and with real estate firms since 1991. Thomas worked in the Insurance defense field handling first and third party claims against insurance carriers and was a partner in a Manhattan based insurance defense law firm until founding Able Title in 2006.
Anita Perdomo
Senior Licensed Title Producer
Anita has been a licensed title producer in NJ since 2004 and has a strong background in foreclosure work. She has worked for a number of law firms as a paralegal as well as for a mortgage company and title agency. Her background has given her great expertise in reading titles and clearing complicated title issues. Anita is also fluent in Spanish.
Christina Flanagan
Senior Licensed Title Producer
Christina has been in the real estate closing services field for over 18 years. She began as a paralegal in a real estate law firm then moved on to being a loan funder at a busy mortgage brokerage firm. She has been a licensed title producer for over 10 years and expertly handles closings from start to finish.
Diana LoBue
Licensed Title Producer
After earning 2 degrees from New York University (B.A. in Economics and B.A in Spanish) Diana began her career in the corporate world as a retail industry analyst. Diana found her way to the real estate industry in 2007 when she bacame a licensed title producer. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and "get it done" attitude.
Gwen DeSimoni
Closer
Gwen has over 29 years of experience in transactional real estate. Since graduating William Paterson University in 1994, she has worked as a real estate paralegal in a law firm; a mortgage processor at well known brokerage firm; as a title processor and a real estate agent. As a result, she knows every aspect of the real estate transaction. Her friendly and warm personality are always welcome by our clients at the closing table.
